Hi Loseweight,

- I was hoping that subject line would get your attention - but
here's the rest of it...

'Are you cheating on me or are you cheating yourself?'

Let me explain...

One of the most difficult challenges I've ever encountered in
helping woman "get their sexy back" is coaching them through all
the confusing info they are exposed to regarding exercise and
eating...

See, it's bad enough that there is a literal sea of downright
crappy - if not completely fraudulent, information thrown at you
every minute of the day...

But even with that out of the way - there are still many sources of
credible and reliable information - that still overwhelms and
confuses you - leaving you in a state of 'action paralysis' -
meaning you have so much info - you simply don't know where to start
and what to do...

You have all these methods, techniques and plans at your fingertips
- and yet you find your self so unsure as to what it is you should
be doing... - and as time goes by - your frustration builds and you
keep blaming yourself for not taking action...

I know exactly what this is like because I've experienced it in my
business life...

A few years ago - I was allowing myself to be pulled in many
directions - subscribing to all kinds of business development
methods, buying all kinds of books, programs, consulting - and it
was all just keeping me in the same place...

Until I found one mentor - who realized what the problem was - and
he said...

"Joey - you have too much information - it's overwhelming you - and
it's keeping you stuck in the same place. You're cheating your
self... Here's what you need to do.

Find one or two primary sources of information - and build your
business foundation based on those teachings - and promise your
self to stick with it long-term...

As your business develops and you make progress - then you can look
outside of your core methods and begin to expand on your foundation
with some new materials and methods."

As you can imagine - this advice was gold to me - it literally
changed things for me in less than a week - and I haven't looked
back since. So simple - yet so profound...

And on that note - I ask you, Loseweight...

Are you cheating yourself by trying to consume and implement
various types of fitness and nutrition information - only to find
that you are not sticking to one thing long enough to know whether
or not it's the right thing for you?

Or are you so confused you haven't even started at all?

If you need to make a decision on 'which way to go' - just go with
your gut - choose the option or method that you feel deep down - is
going to become the foundation on which you build the rest of your
'fit and sexy program' on - a foundation that will support you for
