----------- When Life Changes How do You Adjust? ---------------

Hi Loseweight,
One of the most frequent questions I get has to do with a woman's
life changing in some regard - and her not knowing how to find a
way to adjust to the new situation. As a result her normal routine
is all thrown off and before she knows it, her body is starting to
suffer.
All too often a woman is on some kind of exercise program that
happens to be working for her during a certain stage of her life -
but then something changes... it might be a new job, marriage,
moving to a new home, having kids, needing to care for an ailing
parent, the list goes on...
But one thing is for sure - this change makes the exercise part of
the equation difficult to adjust - and as a result the exercise
gets pushed to the back burner... and with the lack of exercise
comes a falling apart of her body enhancing nutrition habits...
Weeks turn into months, months turn into years - and before she
knows it - her body has taken a beating in all regards...
She's gaining fat, flab and cellulite... Her clothes don't fit...
She has no energy... She's moody and irritable... Even her face and
skin start to look unhealthy and unattractive... She doesn't feel
sexy - she doesn't feel like a woman...
And now - she doesn't even know what to do or where to start if she
was to even try to "get it all back"...
She thinks about her old 'gym routine' - 'if only she had the time
and energy - if only she was single and younger..."
She contemplates lipo-suction/cosmetic surgery - but doesn't want
to spend $25,000 on something that might not work - and could
possibly kill her...
She feels run down and as if she's getting old faster and faster...
But she never completely gives up...
No - not this woman - see, she has hope, desire and yes, a small
healthy dose of desperation... So she keeps her eyes and her ears
open... She knows of a few other women who have lived through
similar experiences and have found something that worked for them -
and because of this she knows it's possible to turn back the clock
- no matter "how bad things are right now"...
But nothing appeals to her yet.. She doesn't like the idea of
dancing the mambo with a bunch of other neighborhood women... She's
not interested in early morning outdoor fitness boot-camps that
also include several obnoxious men... She's not gonna go spend a
few thousand bux on a home gym set-up - because the last time she
did that, it all turned into garage sale inventory and never saw a
bead of sweat...
All she wants is something simple, something realistic - that she
can do anywhere, anytime - with no equipment - but she wants it to
be guaranteed - she wants to know its gonna work... Not maybe, not
probably, not depending on genetics - No - this lady wants to cut
out the fluff - and get right to the stuff that gets the job done...
She doesn't want fancy music or tacky props or phony fitness
bunnies jumping around the stage screaming and giggling...
She wants what works and she wants it now - once she gets it -
she'll follow it, because there are no longer any excuses not to -
and she'll "get her body back" - and along with her body will come
everything else...
Her sex appeal, her cute outfits, her happy spirit, her genuine joy
of life...
