Dennis Kucinich Suing the Congressional Cafeteria

Representative Dennis Kucinich, of Ohio, is suing the United States congressional cafeteria for dental damage he suffered, after busting his teeth on an olive pit, hidden in a sandwich wrap he purchased there.

And it's not just for the price of a filling. Kucinich is seeking $150,000 in damages. The suit says he suffered "serious and permanent" injuries.

It might be bad public relations for a congressman to sue congress over a sandwich, but Kucinich has a point here. Clamping down on an olive "stone" is no joke.
