Servings: 4 Ingredients Preparation While cauliflower is cooking, season lamb steaks with salt and pepper. Heat a large sauté pan and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Cook lamb for approximately 4 minutes per side. When cauliflower is finished cooking (it should be tender), remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves. Serve each T-bone with portion of cauliflower. | ||||
