If you're answer is no...then you may be OK afterall.
Packaged foods contain countless ingredients that you may not be aware of, but that can pack a ton of calories. They are also tricky about portion sizes...think one can of coke is one serving? Check again, most often there are 2-4 servings per package of food or drink!
Don't feel badly if you have been fooled...big label companies pay thousands and thousands of dollars for marketing so that we, the consumer, don't think twice about purchasing the product.

For example, the healthy heart symbol that you see on products like cereal and granola bars can be bought!
