Over a ten-year period, Swedish women eating plenty of fish were 16% less likely to suffer a stroke. The American Heart Association (AHA) recommends eating fish at least two times each week, especially fatty fish - such as salmon and mackerel - which are rich in heart-helping omega-3 fatty acids, and low in harmful saturated fats. 1 Comments | Continue reading... |
