| Calories per Serving: 513 If the spring weather gets you in a grilling mood, enjoy these tropical flavors of shrimp and pineapple with a little spice to liven things up. It's a tasty meal on the CMWL Modified Plan. | | |||
| Servings: 4 Ingredients Preparation In a bowl, toss shrimp in oil and coat well. Dust shrimp with jerk seasoning and place on grill. Grill shrimp on medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes. While shrimp are cooking, prepare salsa. Combine pineapple, red onion, cilantro, and vinegar in a bowl and set aside. When shrimp are finished cooking, serve shrimp and salsa in equal portions on four plates. | ||||
