| Posted: 20 Jul 2012 05:02 PM PDT Before anything else, I need to send my love and sympathy out to Colorado. What a terrible tragedy and painful loss. My heart is with you… I usually love Summer Fridays because I only have to work a half day, which is amazing! However, today I woke up on the wrong side of the bed and in the wrong day. I was convinced this morning was Saturday, and I could not understand why I had set my alarm. With about 10 minutes left to get ready for work, I remembered the annoying reason why my alarm kept going off … today is Friday. Don’t you hate when that happens? My hip was in a great deal of pain today (I blame the heels), but after a long yoga and stretching session it’s feeling much better! I don’t think my hip has the option to hurt anymore because tomorrow is my first day with my new running group. I’ve already paid and committed so I can’t back out now! Tomorrow we are scheduled to run anywhere between 4 – 7 miles, hills included! That’s a lot for a typical flat surface, treadmill runner! I’m hoping all of my injuries control themselves, and I can keep up with the other runners! I’m committed to giving 100% and I’m hoping for the best! Do you run alone or in a group?
