Alright ladies, a few readers and I have joined together to create a Facebook group called Mama Laughlin's Fit Camp.
This will be a group where you can join, discuss, get tips, and share your successes and struggles with other women going through the same thing you are.
Since I can't devote all my time to each and every one of you, and believe me, if I could, I WOULD, the "Camp Counselors" will help you out. I'll participate and chime in as much as I can, but it's basically a forum to discuss amongst yourselves.
There will be weight loss challenges hosted, Q&A segments where you can ask me anything, as well as daily motivation. It is a nonjudgemental space where we can praise each other and help others like ourselves get healthy!

Next, there is obviously no Pinspiration Wednesday today, I'm sorry. I've been super swamped so I wasn't able to get anything ready.
