There are two parts to my day. The first part happened in Greenville and the other is happening at 5:30PM.
I was invited by my friend Jordan to ride in the parade with him, Eric and their friends. I had no clue what to expect (and no clue what to wear). I tried to dress patriotic.

I was super excited, even though my purple raincoat ruined my patriotic outfit.

Jordan picked me up and he brought me to his garage. He told me we would be riding in a Ford '51 truck, but I was not expecting it to be that awesome! Holy mother! That was was quite the truck. We rode to get the others and we sat in the rain for a little while before driving along with the parade, giving candy to kids while the boys sprayed them with their water funs. It was really fun. I can bet you I was the only Canadian in the parade!

Now, I am back on the island and it's time for the golf cart parade and the potluck. I am going to be taking tons of pictures! I even changed my outfit. I am a loser. HAHA.
