In an effort to keep my heathy streak of today going, I decided to create a recipe tonight, a recipe that would let me feel like I was cheating when I really wasn't.

I took a wrap (100 calories per wrap) and spread chipotle mustard, salsa and dijon mustard on it. I layered half an avocado with pork and sprinkled blue cheese on top. I added spinach and wrapped it up. SO DELICIOUS. I really wanted to add BBQ sauce, but this whole no sugar thing is harder than I thought.

The spinach makes it feel like it's bigger than it actually is. I really enjoyed this dinner. I had missed being able to cook for myself and try different concoctions!

For dessert, instead of the usual cupcake or sweet treat, I went with pineapple and half a banana. I hiked the mountain today, ran up and down, so there is no way I am ruining my workout or failing on my first day of no sugar. Seriously, giving yourself a challenge makes it a lot easier! I knew before that I shouldn't eat sugar, but now that I know that I can't.

When I cheat, it's usually at night, when people are with me and things like that, so my day isn't over yet. I won't know if I have had an healthy day until I fall asleep, but it sure as started super well and is looking super good. :)
