Damn, I think I need to try this out. I have received around 10 emails now, telling me I should cut out sugar out of my diet. And since sugar is what I eat when I am emotional, I think it's time I do this.
I am going to cut out sugar. Oh hell. Did I just say that? Sugar, my love. My one and only!
I searched the internet to get an idea of how I could do this. It's logic really. Don't eat bad things. Eat fruits instead of drinking juice, etc.
