Today, for my workout, I went all out. I ran/hiked the North Trail on Kineo. It took me around 2 hours and it was MUDDY. My legs were black at the end. I started by running 45 minutes, hiked uphill for 45 minutes and ran down for another 30 minutes.

My only mistake? Not bringing any water. I got very dizzy and feel down. I didn't realize I had mud all over my face when I got down. But I feel really good. You know that feeling, when your workout is done for the day and you can breathe easier? Well I am feeeeeeling it! :)
