I am at 172.2 pounds this morning. I don't know why, but I am not worried about it because I ate very well this weekend. I am proud of myself for the first time in a month so the scale won't bring me down. NOPE. I just have to be patient. Sometimes, we want results right away. We don't want to wait. We want to drop 10 pounds in a week.

Weight loss takes patience. I am at 172.2 but if I keep on going like this, I'll be 160-155 by the end of the summer :).
