I want my legs to look like this, right now:

Truth is, they probably won't ever look like this ever, but I can get close. For my muscles to build, I need to run, a lot. Do lunges, squats, calves raises, etc. But for my muscles to show, I need to lose weight and that will happen with an healthy diet and a LOT of patience. I am aiming to lose one pound and a half per week, but for that, I need to be consistent. I tend to tell myself: aaaaaaaaaaaaa I want to lose more, faster!!! Thing is, one pound is a lot.

One month is 6 pounds. Two months is 12 pounds. Three months, 18 pounds. Four months, 24 pounds. It's doable. I can do it. But I need to be disciplined.

I need to stop eating when I feel stressed and I need to be consistent with my diet. What I put in my body will determine how fast I reach my goals.

Most of al, I am working everyday at being happier with myself. I have lost almost 4 pounds since starting again, but my biggest accomplishment is slowly being more and more comfortable with myself. It's hard work but we should all feel good about the person we are.

I can do it. You can do it. We can do it.
