I have woken up for the gym but I feel like my body doesn't want to move one inch. It's 6:17AM and I should already be gone, but I don't want to gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. Thing is, I already made my bed, so I cant go back under the covers...
It's been three weeks since I started being careful again and I lost 3.6 pounds "officially". This morning, I am at:
180.4 pounds
That's a pound less than last Monday, but it could of been a lot lower if I hadn't eaten all those cookies and all that cheese yesterday. Oh well.
