| SECRET to avoid getting the pregnancy mask!
Hi , Have you heard about the Pregnancy Mask or Melasma? What happens is the upper cheeks, forehead, and/or upper lip turns a brownish color - like a mask.
Many women get it, even I had it mildly. And yes it is a nuisance!

Before I even get started on the list, the #1 thing you can do is to wear a good sunscreen ALL THE TIME - that means in the car too! Preferably choose one that is organic to avoid all of those chemicals. In addition to that, the WORKOUT below is important to do to really take care of your skin during all the changes of pregnancy.

The MUST-Do Skin Workout: - Drink your 8 glasses of water with either lemon or orange squeezed in THROUGHOUT the day to help improve your metabolism, flush out toxins and increase absorption.
- Take a DAILY dose of Essential Fatty Acids.
- HUMIDIFY your home - dry air causes your skin to harden and your hair to be brittle/break)
- Moisturize your body morning and night IMMEDIATELY after your shower – this will help to lock the moisture in.
- Always finish your shower with a cold BLAST to close pores.
- Avoid harsh weather conditions by COVERING UP as much as possible – a nice scarf’s a great in the cold winter months.
