It is so important to find a reason to change. Having a reason will fuel the intense desire and power for getting started and for following through. There is a world of difference between simply wanting something and having to have it. Make sure you clearly identify your reason for deciding to change your lifestyle, write it down, and read it every morning and night. Be particular. We know that you know, deep down inside you have a reason, actually several reasons, good reasons, to decide to change.
