At Strip That Fat we don`t want to offer just another dead-end diet plan, we want to offer you the very best diet plan there is!
We know it is difficult to find a diet plan that actually works...one that is achievable in the real-world (counting food points, who can do that everyday!?) and we need your help.
In order to make STF everything you`re looking for in a diet and exercise plan, what would you include?
The best way to start is to let us know where other diet plans have let you down. Tell us your stories of what definitely didn`t work.
Have you tried cutting out carbohydrates or surviving on a juice-only diet, for example? Have you followed `The Biggest Diet` workout plan, only to find no one can actually exercise 8 hours a day? Whatever your story is, we want to hear it!
After letting us know what doesn`t work, we want to hear what would!
Do you want a diet plan that is designed for new Mom`s, for example, or the 9-5 work hour where there are temptations like donuts and cookies everywhere you go? We can do that! Do you want a diet plan where you can still have a piece of cake once in awhile, or that actually offers more than 6 food options? We can do that too! You let us know what you want in a diet, and we will do our very best to make that happen.
Our goal at Strip That Fat is to offer a diet plan that you can actually follow, and for the long-term.
