I just got home from the Blue Jays game where I sat through
what has to be their worst game of the season. I left when
the score was 12-3. Ouch. At least the pizza was good.

And on my bike ride home I was passing other bikes, streetcars,
and even some taxis, all thanks to my Lance Armstrong-like
biking power
.

Okay, maybe I'm not that good, but I'm pretty quick, all
thanks to the recent interval training I've been doing on
the stationary bike.

Now some folks don't believe that you can get a good interval
workout on a bike, but I believe it is the safest and most
effective way to do fat burning intervals.

Over 90% of interval training fitness and fat loss research
has been done in scientific facilities using the trusty old
stationary bike.

It's safer than a treadmill (running at high speeds definitely
has some risks) and much more effective than an elliptical.

And again, it's proven - by science and experience - to work.

So personally, I'm fine with just using the stationary bike
