If you buy a lot of packaged foods, but don't take much time to read the labels, chances are you're being duped by some of these products.

I recently came across a helpful video by Natural News TV, which does a pretty good job of exposing some of the practices of big companies like Kellogg and General Mills.

Coca-Cola Sales Grow Worldwide

Coca-Cola, the world's number one soft drink maker, is reporting higher fourth quarter gains (the first time in over five years), despite the lingering global recession.

Coke's expansion into emerging markets is being credited for the increase. Pepsi, Coke's biggest competitor, also experienced a small up-tick in sales.

Troubling news, since the consumption of soft drinks and their popularity worldwide, is blamed as a major contributor to the global obesity epidemic.
