Now that this has been explained, today I made a carrot cake for Paul! The recipe is a secret, it was landed to me by his wife, who makes incredible cakes. I did my best... Sarah and Virginie witness/helped me, it was a little disastrous, but the cake came out good. I did my best not to eat too much batter and not to lick too much icing!
