I got an email this morning asking about meal plans, about what I ate when I first lost the 50 pounds. I thought I'd share some ideas of meals you could eat, and of how many calories I allowed myself per day and per meal. Once again, this is not the "right way" . This is my way, It worked for me: I counted my calories (as annoying as that is) and it took me 8 months to lose 50 pounds. I exercised 5 days a week too, which was a big factor.

Okay, so here it is. These are some of the things I used to eat and things I am eating again, because I am not done with this weight loss. It's nice to mix-up every once in a while so here are 3 options for each meal/snack, but as long as you stay under the calorie limit per meal, you're fine (unless you decide to do the twinkie diet, than you are stupid).
